Car keeps uncontrollably bouncing

I've been playing a while now, some 100+hrs, and every now and then the back end of what ever car I am driving starts bouncing. I am currently driving a dacia and it's like the wheels are clipping through the body and causing the car to bounce and flip constantly.

I did have a heavy barrel in the back but I removed it when it started to bounce and I was trouble shooting thinking that was it. maybe the suspension has given out :/
I thought it was my tyres but they are squeaky clean, I've had issues with dirty tyres before.
I've moved things about, I've put loose items in baskets, opened the back doors (thought they where clipping).

Any suggestions would be great.
I am trying to do a lets play of the game and I am 2500km through so I don't really want to restart to fix the problem (if it is one)

Dacia is called a pile of ♥♥♥♥ in the discord for a reason, it is very often hitting it’s rear bumper on the ground and crashing. Cars where this effect is least noticable or not noticeable at all are Trabant, Lada 2101, Škoda (remember to weigh down the front a bit for enhanced handling) and Lada 2105

Thank you Igoreuss. I'll give them a go, I was in a 2101 to start with and the back was definitely hitting the ground but it wasn't flipping out.

My temporary solution was to drop the graphics level as the glass planes are causing my fps to tank periodically. seems to make things driveable but if I can just change cars and turn back up the graphics that would be awesome.
