Well, blood means the next crash you do with this car you will die.
Any new car you have "1 crash for free".

But yes, you can save-scum it. Or, simply get a new car.

wow i didn't even realize that's what blood meant. I thought it was just how hard you crash... I retract my answer, a little blood never hurt anyone :steamfacepalm:

this discussion is almost one year old, back then you couldn't wash the car, but the blood was not saved, so loading a save removed it, but now you have to clean it with a sponge or with that yellow bottle
