1970 Ford LTD.
Sure it's a bit more recent in terms of most cars out there in The Long Drive, but this luxury car deserves a place in this game.
1969 SC Ramber.
A muscle car, and a small one at that. Could be relatively simple to model since it resembles most cars already in the game.
1980 Chevrolet Corvette.
A speedy car fit for the post-apoc scenario. Plus, it just has an appealing style.

keeping with the theme of eastern bloc vehicles, I suggest the Zastava Yugo 45 (1980 I know, a bit at the tail end of your time frame but it's an absolutely iconic car) [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugo] and the Balkan MK 50-3 (motorcycle/moped produced from 1957 to 1975, over 270,000 of all models were made) [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balkan_(motorcycle)]
