When to go to space

Ive read that its good to stay on your starting and farm amber since amber and perma-buffs actualy stay in space but is thier a good point where ive got more than enough perm upgrades or what? im slowly closing in on space access so i wanna know when to go

Well, you can go whenever you want - Similar to the Trials, going to Space doesn't end progress in the main game, and you can switch back and forth between them. And, if you look online for the proper guide, you can actually "beat" Space with around 200ish Amber, IIRC.

However, I think the Space end game *does* reset certain aspects of the main game, in return for Mutations that make earning Empire Points easier. Someone else might be able to answer that aspect for you though.

i thought once you hit space you eventually go and land on a planet and its the first stage over again, can you swap between planet and space at anytime? and can you keep working on any planet youve been on?

Space allows you to keep going back to the main game to gather more amber and fame. Once you choose to finish with the space phase out right, you start at continent 1 again but with mutations.

so just to be clear, once i open space my planet 1 stays and i can swap. But when i go from space to planet 2 space and planet 1 go away?
