Does mentoring cost go up?

I can become a mentor now for +400% xp, should I wait for +500% xp or not? I am afraid if I go for 400% the cost will go up so I cant get 500%.

It does, but the price isn't as steep as with the other things, like buying tiles. For example, right now my boost is 27,116 percent, and if I wanted to Mentor, it would cost me 27.22M gold. In contrast, my tile cost is 7.95B.

Also, according to math other people have done, I think the benefit caps at around 18,000 percent. Generally, any levels past 20 aren't worth the cost of Lumber, and with EXP boost at 18,000 percent, it's pretty easy to get to the best levels and equipment.
