Empires: 10 point empire perks

I am closing in on my first 10 point empire perk. However, i'm doubting which one i should go for first, since it will be a while before I unlock the ones after. Which ones do you all think is best?

- American: seems really good, but I would need to buy the 2, 3, and 4 points ones first, which are all kinda bad imo.
- Egyptian: I think this is a good contender for my first one; it will allow me to get way more rituals done in a same timespan. And most/all perks of egyptian are good.
- Greek: Initially this seemed like one of the best, but ever since I have been able to get 2 heritages, it just looks to me that there aren't that many builds that really benefit from 4 heritages/pantheons. Maybe it is still good, but I don't immediatly see it anymore.
- Japan: Seems equally as good as American, but all the other perks suck so bad that it isn't worth it as first one i think (so i would have to spend 20 instead of 10 points for the one good last perk).
- Roman: Also seemed really good at first, but I will unlock +99 workers from amber upgrades soon, which will make it a lot less efficient. Still seems really good though. Sadly most other perks are bad so i will have to buy more before i can unlock it.
- Russian: I think this is my other contender for first perk, really good i think, with the addition that all other perks are epic too.
- English: seems like the worst one, at this point i have a battle setup that does not require more health, no issues taking over times. Also it is badly synergised with its 4 point perk.
- Have not unlocked the rest

All in all, I am doubting between Egypt and Russia for now, but maybe I would be willing to do another one if there are some things I am missing right now :).

Egyptian hands down. It effectively doubles your abdication gold when you're active, and doubles your monk output when you're not around. Russian is honestly not as good as you seem to think it is, because faith takes a lot longer to build up than academies will take to capture tiles.

My personal preference is Egyptian -> Romans -> Greek. Anything else is not particularly worth putting the points on for, they're nice bonuses for when you have nothing better to spend on. German is also really good, but by the time you unlock it you will have nothing better to put points on anyway.

Edit: Don't take what I said to mean that you should prioritize getting these to level 5 before doing anything else. Russian 3 is way more important than Romans 5, and it's not worth it doing a point reset over.

Thanks! So far I have America 1, Egypt 1, 2, 3, Greek 1, 2, 3, Roman 1, 2, Russian 1, 2, 3 and English 1, 2, 3. Most 4 perks did not seem that good to me, that's why I was looking into which 5 was the best one.

Just try it out and reset if you don't like it, 25 amber isn't that much when you have some fame...
