Do ypu have this game on DVD?
Another option is to use a virtual disc software like Daemon Tools and Alcohol 52% (or 120%) that allowed to copy the disc to an image file and then run an image as a virtual disc. It was pretty useful since if real disc would get even small scratch at a wrong place you are out of luck and have to buy game again :(
I've tried to put the code in to steam out of curiocity but obviously that didn't work. I'd might try the alcohol thing later, but I rather find how to change the russian dubs to original english dubs first. I don't know if my CD got any scratch, but for some reason tesla shoots square lightnings. I've made another thread in this forum not too long ago so you can find it. I wonder if your's lightning are square, or actually smooth like proper electricity?
I'd REALLY love to see Prey 2006 to return in steam, too. Why such a timeless classics like that game and this game have to go?
