FPS drop

When I attend a battle with 3 or more enemies, FPS usually drop when both side attack.
The FPS only drop for half a second then go up again, and that makes the game stutter.
Am I the only one suffering this?
My VGA is GTX 1060 6GB.

The game has framerate issues when there's a lot going on or when multiple bosses show up. Even the console release has terrible framerate drops/stuttering/lag
