She wants me to find her a book (Quest is Bookworm) called No Life, and quest text says I should look in the archive, but I'm not finding any archives. Where is it? Or is this one of those quests one can't complete until later on?

Can't complete till you reach Lowee, 99% of quests you can't complete is like this. Hunter quests too.

Also yes, you'll find the book in a certain area further into the plot, when you reach Lowee.
