Planeptune Sea Magic Stones
I've been trying for about 30 minutes to complete this now and I don't know whether it's bugged or I'm just oblivious but I can't find a 60th stone. I'm always 59/60 and I've spent like 15 attempts now just searching for that last stones spot before trying to collect them all again.

Does anyone have a video of this or any idea of where one might be hiding that isn't immediately obvious?

Thank you, I missed the exact same one as that guy. Guess my camera just never panned high enough while jumping between those platforms.
