[BUG] text of menu items missing

In the main menu, I cannot read any of the caption of the different items. The items itself are there, thus can be selected and used (by guessing), but are invisible.

Anyone else with this issue? Is there a fix?

I am having same problem with steam on Manjaro 20.0. The game goes okay but there is no menu and it's impossible to save/load accordingly. Testing with Proton for now. UPDATE: Selected Proton and now the menu appeared. Everything seems to be OK.

Sorry for a long reply.
We have fixed that bug in September 2019, but our publisher Daedalic Entertainment just doesn't upload the bug-fix, which is frustrating for us as well.

We are very sorry that you had to deal with such a problem, hopefully we will be able to upload new version at some point.

That's a shame. The game looks interesting, but -force-vulkan isn't an option for me since my graphics card/driver does not support that by default.

The levels past Apartment are not showing up for me.... unsure if they're invisible or what. Tried to go back for achievements but doesn't seem possible unless I replay the game again...

I just started playing the game as well and I am having the same issue. I am on macOS Ventura. Has any fix for this been posted? I would love to keep playing the game but this issue makes it very difficult.

I have the same issue...I watched prologue for the 4 times just because there are no menu buttons on the tittle screen. What should I do? Give me at least screenshot with the tabs, I don't want to replay it again.
