I don't think that will come as it's the nature of many roguelikes, that you just unlock new weapon drops like that. Take "Enter the Gungeon" for example.
In "West of Dead" you have a chance of getting such a weapon as an unlock at the start in the armory. But only if you've unlocked the "better weapons (shotgun, revolver etc.) in the armory" skills. But it's never gurarenteed which one you will get there.
you will get 0.1% chance to get your fav weapon
So yes we need a room where you find everyweapon you unlocked and it going a LVL 1 so not big Deal
I try to only unlock the weapons that I think are really useful. That also limits the chance to get a weapon that I don't want. And I focus on pistols and shotguns and ignore revolvers and rifles.
I hope that you get what you want, but I don't think it will happen because that's the basic rules of roguelikes. Which one did you play that had that kind of mechanic you want here?
