Ash Ruler and the inferno card

I would like to know wether Inferno card must be crafted for free when you get an Ash Ruler effect after the previous run. The card is pretty much OP, but it is a reward for collecting 666 ash and having such a power. But when you just crafted it for free, like i did to test in my last run, it made all walkthrough not interesting at all starting with act 2 when i got it from the 3rd lvl chest.
Maybe this card must be immuned to this effect and cost 666 ash anyway?

Hm, valid concerns, we'll discuss it as an exception to Ash Ruler, thanks for bringing it up!

Usually Inferno is so costly that you can acquire it around act 3, which is fair for instakill :)
