Ash cards a Little TO powerful?
It seems like the "best" strategy for either Character is just "hoard all the Ash Cards".
These probably need to balancing.

My personal suggestion would be to lower their cost, but give them a timed Phoenix effect. I.E. after they've spent so many turns in the Ash desk, they're returned to the Battle deck.
This would also open up Card options for things such as sending Ash Cards right to the Ash deck, or drawing them.

Another option would be to give them more detrimental effects, like Toxic Vale. That would discourage people from just stacking a deck full of 20 Scrolls of Incineration.
Some suggestions for that would be things like

Draw 1 less card for ever X damage dealt this turn by a strike card.
Gain 1 less mana next turn for every 2(3?) Cards discarded.
Increase Enemy Strength by 1.

Etc etc. Those are probably bad ideas, but that's the general gist of it, I'm sure you guys could think of better ones. Bwhahaha!

Torigoma, yes, Ashe cards are very powerful now. We know about it.

We are going to change balance in some way. But we need a time to make it right :)

Don't think I even have any ashe cards in my latest play through. I been avoiding them for some reason. Course I'm getting killed making one mistake or none.. Pretty intense down to the wire strategy wise without using ash type cards.. Does that make any sense or not? Using bleed poison stack. The card that keeps accumulating more strength, Can't think of the name off hand, pun not intended.. Have two of those. That card can get high damage. I'll get the name of card next time and edit this for your info.. Just not able to do it rt now..

Ash Cards aren't the ONLY way to win, there are a few great combos.
But they are by far the easiest atm.

There are no "bad" ideas... More than one way to skin a cat... "You guys" are the geniuses..

Like I said I don't even use them, yet and yes, it is challenging.. I will explore the ashe option in the near future. Greatly appreciated advice IMHO. Thanks.

Ultimately its just a stackable resourceless mechanic in a game thats fundementally entirely about resource management and I don't think any "bandaid" style fixes will really solve the underlying issues there.

Elusive Predator

"Track down your prey!" 55 achievements , so far.. Still learning.. Great game!! So, beat everything on normal with Sly, apparently. Whoo hoo, thrilling to say the least! Some exciting down to the wire close calls! Whew, breathe, lovin' it so far.. Be cool if you could put a red dot or icon so when checking deck, on the left side of screen for parasites easier on these old eyes.. Great imagination.

The right consumables saved me a few times, that's cool feature also! Tend to forget they're even there, being a pop out feature.. Fun to see the game improve/evolve.. Keep on keeping for Ashedrew, very nice indeed...

What do you think of the idea of being able to portal right back to the exact spot in dungeon or spot on map that you portal out from? Time walk back, hard to clear the dungeons sometimes.. Probably a balance issue idk.. Just saying..

Some great achievement names lol.. Fantastic! Guess I took your advice. Looks like you might have done what you said and toned down the ashe. Had a few ashe cards for renew.. Worked out well on last new plugin special cards.. Again nice art and different horror aspect like stated before..
Elusive Predator, kind of says it all.
