Does completing challenges unlock anything?

Just curious if doing the challenges from Xi Yue unlocks anything in the game (relics/weapons)?

I could only complete Parry Expert so far and it unlocked the 2 next ones but I'm too bad to complete them yet so I'm wondering if it will give anything other than bragging rights

My experience and memory...... Just achievement for view.
The "unlock stuff" is for you first time beat certain stage or boss

You can take the challenges if you find them enjoyable, otherwise, please feel free to skip them. :)
