Some of the boss are so hard.
Some of the bosses are so hard if you don't pick a tank character/build. The leviathan and anglerfish in their second phase got not a second whitout attacking with huge AOE. As soon as they finsih an attack, you can't even attack them once, they just throwing you another attack, I can't attack them once without them spinning whit no chance of dodging. Am I the only one ?

FWIW Leviathan is probably the hardest boss in the game if you're not running a build that can block or are godly at parrying (at least I have far more problems with him than any of the chapter VI bosses...). It's mainly where you fight him that makes him problematic, but Anglerkun isn't so bad if you just take your time. His attacks go in the same direction so once you know where he's going you can dodge to the side and get a hit or two in before retreating. Just makes sure to stay near the centre of the room to avoid being slowed down.

I beat Anglerkun once but I got a lot of luck with the relics (And I can see with the trophy that he is very hard 0.6 %). Thanks for the advice dude.

I haven't encounter Leviathan yet, but the fish should be easy.

Some boss are imbalanced with "怒" stage statue or trial token buff.

I think Spirit Hunter is the hardest boss cause the clone, Fox immortal is a problem too if your damage is low.

Leviathan can't hit you if the blade doesn't touch you (spear weakness), beat him with twin blade girl (forgot her name her skill is stun.) Never lost to him (on Normal) (never fought him on Demonic)

I actually found Bandit Leader to be sneakily hard.
And Fox immortal my training with her result is a painful stunlock in a corner of the room.

The most ridiculous thing I've seen is getting invaded (trial token) by Wolf Devil in chapter 4. He invades alone and instantly enraged (since no Wife), which makes him about twice faster, not interruptible and immune to stun (or even all status effects, not sure).
Instant run loss, no matter how well it went until that point.

Remember the water level was just added to the game, so many existing players never saw it in their normal play, and it requires a run clear to unlock, so most new players won't have even had the chance to see it yet.

Achievement stats will be a bit wonky until the early access players become statistically small. Anglerkun is already up to 3.3%. Should eventually get above Bandit Leader.

I agree to TC, some bosses is much harder than other bosses in the same level.
The fish and the sea warrior boss don't provide much windows of attack.
Fish turn the head very fast, at mostly only 1 hit safe for hammer, 2 hit is risky.

Bandit leader is really a hard one compare to bosses at same level. He almost like having god tier swordmanship.

Yes, some new boss feel the safety window too small.
Old boss 怒 I all ok. New boss is crazy.

Also, Eastern Deport 东厂 boss in HARD mode, I totally no idea how to fight it nicely.
His pistol aim so good, he swing sword so often I hardly find chance for 2 hit.

it's really the reaction window that bathered me. If I stun a boss, hit him in the back, he directly turn and attack.

I just really wish the obnoxious yellow "screw off" glow would get removed. Bosses are already tough and take wildly different tactics and play, without the constant annoying fight reset that is just a middle finger to the player, punishing them for doing their part.

Wouldn't you turn around if you got hit on your back?
If I was a big bad or boss I would dash forward whilst turn around and then counter slash/attack. Because 1. This will make me take less damage then turning around on who ever attacking my back. 2. They might be in a combo so blocking by break my guard. 3- No one expect it.

Some bosses in this game is Attack Attack Attack dodge Attack Attack Dodge. With the rare few that dodge dodge dodge Attack Attack Attack Attack Attack Dodge charge attack dodge

You have a point. Since those dangerous/rampaging bosses can't be staggered, they don't really need that pushing wave anymore. Especially that some of the new bosses barely have a window to attack them.
Also the mechanic of rampaging bosses should be better explained in game, I wouldn't know that those bosses cannot be staggered if the Dev wouldn't say it in Discord.

some bosses are very vulnerable if they don't have the pushing wave mechanism. maybe we could reduce the number of invoking pushing waves for some strong bosses.

btw, rampaging bosses don't have the pushing wave.
