butt slam on controller

my sister and I were playing this together, great game and all but we were confused with the controls and how to butt slam. The control guide for the controller is very limited and we've tried nearly everything. Is there actually a way to butt slam using the controller?

Buttslam can be performed on the gamepad by pressing down on the left thumb stick and then hitting the eat button.

Down + Eat,
or Down + B (on Xbox controller)

Oh and it should be noted, that holding down increases the fall speed and therefore the impact damage. *

*Though this will change in the next version of the demo / full release, simply entering buttslam will be sufficient and down won't be need to be held.
