True Shot/Reset Shot mid-round tutorial help

Hey folks, you must complete the True Shot prompts as they are displayed on the screen, while holding the True Shot button.
- HOLD the True Shot Button (L1/LB/L-Shift) and keep holding it to stay in True Shot Mode.
- Apply Draw/Fade to your shot by moving the LS/Mouse left and right. (while holding True Shot)
- Adjust your Attack Angle by moving RS/Mouse Up and down. (while holding True Shot)
- Press the Reset Shot Button (R1/RB/Tilde (`))

These input prompts intentionally appear to show you how to use the True Shot feature. Once you complete the prompt sequence it is dismissed forever. The sequence is as I laid it out above. HOLD the True Shot button... and Keep HOLDing it while completing the thumbstick movement requirements. You can release the True Shot button when you reach the Reset Shot prompt.

Alternatively - you can go into Profile Menu > Settings > Display & Hud > In-Game Help and set that to OFF to disable them completely.

go into settings and turn in-game help off...that should fix it

you might have to exit pga or the game and reenter for the changes to affect.. that works for me when it happens after coming off playing with others

I think this may be the answer, don't quote me on it of course but after turning off some things and restarting the game I haven't had the issue anymore. Where as before when I changed it it kept popping up, but at that point I still hadn't shut the game down yet so.... if I had to put money I'd say this did the trick, thanks!

Reset Shot
Purchased the game today.Long time user of this franchise.Starting my PGA career at Q School
Set aim for shot but keeps coming up with prompt "Reset Shot" Cannot get rid of this despite pressing on the corresponding icon.Golfer will not play shot and does not respond to the usual left click and hold.Eveything worked OK in traiiing mode.So frustrating cannot move on with the game.Help would be much appreciated.

Reset Shot
Is there a glitch here. When I try to set up a shot this box comes up and prevents me from taking the shot. however many time click on it it wont move. what am I doing wrong a?nd where in the glossory is this described?

Are you holding the click when you go to swing? This is not 3 click where you click click click. You have to hold the button down and move mouse or controller.

Question about first shot / course
Hi!
Iam new at this game. Its great so far. But i have a little problem:
Everytime i start a new course - the "helper" says i have to press "space". then i have to get the fade in the tartet and so on.
The last point is to "set the strike back" - and i cant do anything. I cant hit the ball, i cant change anything. He waits that i do this "thing". He writes i should press ~' or so.
I only can continue when i go in the menu, fix the controls (i do nothing in real) - and then i can play on.
So how can i change this ?

the ~` is for reset your shot dude just press back the space bar to shoot is so simple man

I can press what i want - nothing happens - except i go in the menu for the controlling. Then, when i go back, i can shoot with space bar

I am struggling with this too. just started playing and I keep getting these prompts and each time I have to reset game help. Its making the game unplayable
