Players leaving in matchmaking

Why do players need to leave a match because they are losing
there needs to be more punishment for doing this rather than just losing coins
maybe mark it down as a loss on stats
so annoying

Atleast you can find anyone to play online with. Whenever i search for a 1v1 , 2v2 or skins match i don't find any players at all .
This has been going on for a week now ... At relase i found some matches but since a wek i can't find any players at all . What's happening ? And i totally agree, quitters should be punished but knowing the devs and their previous games i doubt that will ever happen.

edit: Just found 1 match after searching for over 20 minutes . For me it seems that the player count may be just really small which would suck cause i really enjoy this game .

yes agree with that as well very frustrating when you cant find matches must be a better way of doing it
i have noticed in steam chat there are games available but i dont know how to join them

The lack of a good multiplayer experience with this game is the reason i wont be buying it.

If it had the multiplayer experience of lets say the old Tiger Woods games i would not hesitate to buy it.

Imagine having a lobby like the old Tiger Woods games that you could set up a game and have people joining you and then watching them play in real time rather than having to play against ghost balls !!!

The reason you will struggle to find anyone to play in multiplayer is that no one wants to play a game with someone only to find that after playing for 40 min the looser quits and has no repercusions against them and so many people just either play single player or tournaments set by other people.

Imagine the sales they could have if they set up the game with the old style Tiger Woods lobbys ???

I rarely have to wait more than a minute for a match....Im in the southern USA and match with people from all over the world on a daily basis....Im on a 6.5mb dsl line thats not great...you can only win by 5 points and if you are up by more than 2 they will drop often...let em have a few and they keep playing...

I would like to make another observation that might only apply to me...if it doesnt not match quickly... checking the leader boards then going back it makes an almost immediate match every time
