results change after the game has been finished BUG career mode

I really enjoy the stats, the leaderboards and just looking how the other players do aswell (career mode) but sometimes results change. for example I was 2nd place at a tournament, no big deal. But after I played the next round, i looked at some past tournaments again and then it said I had won the tournament and even gave me more points on the leaderboard and the other player is totally gone. I never won that tournament and I would appreciate it, if it would stay realistic. Is there a fix for this or does it happen with you guys aswell?

and again: I just finished a tournament, was T2 before the last hole, then got a birdie, should get the solo win. Same player that was tied with me and had finished his 18 holes long before got now the same score but when you look at the scoreboard, he did not get any points, i got the 500 and he even lost places in the FEDEX Rank, but with a tied win, he should definitely get some ranks ahead and not lose 8 places. this really makes it unrealistic and it loses the realism and fun, someone as an eager fan of statistics really struggles here..
