ONLINE SOCIETIES BUG
every time i go to the Societies Menu, in less then 3 sec game says: YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION. But my internet is ok. If i "go online" its ok, game says you are online, but again, go to societies menu = disconnected

Hey, any luck? I have the same problem, can't join any Society, it still keeps disconnecting me.

yep, 6 months ago... The result was- let it pass to developer team, because we do not know what to do with this bug so ticket market as "solved" NO COMMENT

So the issue was passed to the developers? It's in their hands in that case and depends on whether it can be fixed and isn't an issue at your end with either your connection or online account.

Just a point though, the game hasn't been out for 6 months yet...there are a few weeks left until it hits that milestone.

yep the problem is from the game release and still is there

If it's specifically the Societies menu and everything else works, my first thought would be that it's something being blocked from that mode.

Do you have any firewalls or VPNs active when you play?

of course im using firewal, and of course i have the game on whitelist... Otherwise i can not play online...

There may be something other than just the game that needs whitelisting. Have you tried turning off the firewall just while you attempt to access that area? Or monitoring what is trying to connect at that moment?

of course i try to disable firewall and please dont give me this "basic advices" like chatbot. you see im not alone who has this problem.

I can only suggest things going by the details you've left in this thread. If you haven't mentioned the "basics" you've tried and the result, then anyone trying to help will still go for those first to eliminate the obvious.

You may not be alone with the issue, but this is the only thread on it and the others with the issue may not have tried disabling the firewall/antivirus/VPN. From experience on these forums, someone who says "same here" may not actually be experiencing the exact same issue because they're not laying out the details or realising their details don't match, so it might work for them.

I am in touch with 2K support but after few days we're still not able to find the solution, I am still getting kicked out of the Society lobby after 10-30sec - funny is that I can instantly reconnect by pressing "Go online" but once I again try to enter the society I am disconnected. Tried everything from their troubleshooting list, reset router, off firewall and antivirus, change DNS, flush DNS - nothing helps.

Yep agree, this problem last from game release and it is still not solved. GJ by 2K, never bought any game in future from them...

They asked me to do some tests like pathping and tracert so we will see if they find something.
