Error HB-RS 1702

Is this a big issue, I have not been able to play the game since yesterday. Anybody else with this issue and any ways of solving

Hope it will help, found this on internet, I don't realy understand hope you can: Unfortunately, players have been running into a popular error code HB-RS [1702] on the 2K21 servers. A connection error, this message pops up and does not allow players to connect to their 2K21 MyCareer account. Thankfully, a fix, at least a temporary one has been found. When this error pops up, players can disconnect from their wireless/wired connection, and switch to the opposite before logging back in. This seems to be a comparable workaround for now

Already tried that, didn't work. But i found workaround. What i did was withdraw from the tournament in question and the next one as well and it worked i'm able to play again. I played a few more rounds and ran into the error again. I skipped that course and i'm good again. it's not ideal giving up tournaments but it is what is. At least i'm able to play. Hopefully 2K Sports gets there heads out of their butts and fix the issues with this game.

I created a thread about this particular topic last week. None of the thing's everyone suggested to do worked for me.

I have a pc as well i9 9900K 32G Nvidia GForce RTX 2080Ti super

This was the workaround i found that allowed me to continue my career for the most part.

Been getting this error this week since updating.. Tried the connection change to no avail.. Was working this afternoon, but tonight again it is not.

i encountered this problem during my first tourney in MyCareer. can anyone suggest a workaround for this problem?

Like logik0505 points out above - you can likely withdraw from the current tournament (i.e. skip to the next tournament) and play on from there. Has worked for me and only had the issue twice so far in about 12 hours of play.. be ideal if they fixed it but yeah...hope it works for you mate

Same problem for me. Sometimes connection works, more often not. Tried differnet things, but nothing really works. Poor for the developer, hope for a fix soon.

Hello 2K, would you like to recognize there are a lot of players that cannot play their tour becauce there seems to be an error with your server or whatever? Again and again the same error above or connection is lost and so many players report the same.

Since a few days I am having issues starting the game. When I try to play a Society round I get this error (HB-RS[1702] Unknown Network error). But this depends on the time, when I try to play around at noon, everything works fine. Playing in the evening doesn't work.
I tried to switch from WLAN to cable, but this doesn't change a thing.
I have opened a ticket at 2K games, I do not have a lot of hope.
As much as like to play this game but now it is completly rigged.

Quick update, now it is 09:30 in the morning (GMT +1) and the game is running smooth as silk. Unfortunatly I have to work, so I can't play my TGCT round. Will try again this evening.

i have also crash code HB-RS (1702) .... means my savegame is damage?, means server make an update and i can play normaly later? before i had no problems with game
