Last ingredrient to save the witch

Did someone find the last ingredient to save the witch in maid lair ?
It said it is probably with the vilain as he is a mage but I can't find it anywhere.

You get one ingredient from the doctor in the first floor, another from the shopkeeper (he will disappear for a while), and a third ingredient from necromancers lab in the underground cave where you will also find the alchemy tools to mix the ingredients together.

the merchant won't respawn
