how do i edit my saves?

It's not really necessary for this game, but if you want to anyway, you can use save edit online or RpgMakerSaveEdit.

May mess with mine somewhere down the lines. But more or less, just grinding can easily put you over level for a lot of the bosses here. They hit hard but I'm hitting just as hard. By time I finished the game I was at level 102. Thought the cap would be 100. For a challenge doing it around level 40 would be like a self enforced Super Hard. 60 is Normal, and 80+.. I guess Very Easy. Had fun with this and about to do my first NG+. Hoping I somehow missed a super boss or something.

I only died twice in the entire game, both of them to the last boss because of the ailments.

The game is terribly easy. Anyway, if you want to cheat, both cheatengine to cheat and saveedit online are viable choices.
