Hello all. Would like to share a guide that I found in the web (posted by an anonymous user in the f95) with a few parts added by me. Still missing 2 scenes of Aria, any ideas?
With this guide got all heroines scenes (except Aria) and most of the endings.

The 3 options when you get a girl pregnant (or 2 if you convict them as witch)
Brothel - earnings from brothel increases
Convert - More H, and condition for Virgin Lode ending.
Aria's toy - Aria likes you more.

Development tier:
Village - default
Town - population reaches 50
City - 100
Metropolis - 500

The higher your tier is, the more buildings you can make, some building require materials from other building first, but you can see which is which just by looking at the icon.

Each girl has an appearance condition, confession condition and marriage condition.
To get the option to convert them, you need to get them to confess before you fulfill their marriage condition.
Each girl has 8 scenes:
- right of the first night: have the girl marry
- indoctrination 1 and 2: go preach 2x
- conversion service 1 and 2: confess/ choose a girl 2x
- Inquisition 1 and 2: after you meet the girl for the 1st time, go witch hunt 2x
- torture: give to Aria

1. Liese (shepherdess)
Appearance - Build a farm then perform Charity.
Confession - None (you can go to the booth and she'll confess)
Marriage - Build 2 farms.

2. Monica
A - 2 Houses -> Perform a mass.
C - 60+ Faith
M - (Public) Security 60+

3. Lei Xin
A - Plaza -> Go preach. (yes, the same one you go sex the wives)
C - 70+ Faith
M - Have 6+ 民芸品 (Folk crafted item)

4. Elemine
A - Watchtower -> Hunt heretics
C - Security 60+
M - 2 Market

5. Sophie
A - Abbey -> 'oil coating' service (the action unlocked by building the abbey)
C - Faith 80+
M - 3 Windmill

6. Rita
A - Craftsman quarter -> go preach
C - Faith 100+
M - 4 Craftsman quarter

7. Count Raymont
A - Church -> gather mercenaries.
C - 90+ Commodity
M - 2 Firms

8. Cartier
A - Firm -> announce tithe?
C - Faith 90+
M - 4 Checking station

9. Fiona
Pre-req - Convert Elemene
A - Barracks -> train interrogator.
C - Security LESS than 90.
M - 3 Barracks

10. Teresa
pre-req-Convert Leimont
A - Church -> go preach
C - Faith 150+
M - Cathedral

11. Leol
Pre-req: Convert Teresa
A - Barracks -> oil coating service
C - Commodity 120+
M - Castle

12. Airy
Pre-req: Convert Fiona
A - Castle -> Heretic hunting
C - Faith 180
M - Palace

Endings:
Raid end - Lose the combat part
Earthquake end - Pass 50 turns without fulfilling any of the other ending conditions.
Hanged end - Faith drops to 0
Rebellion end - Security drops to 0
Aria stab end - Aria stops liking you (not sure what drops it tho)
Virgin Lode end - Get the first night rights of 12+ heroines.
Heresy Interrogator end - Have 8 heroines be subject to heresy torture (get first night right -> pregnant -> give to Aria)
Extravagance King end - Build Palace, Castle, Cathedral and have 1000+ Commodity
Cardinal end - Convert Aerie
Pope end - Convert Aerie, Teresa and Fiona.

I got Aria's first scene by putting down a lot of starting towers. I haven't tried to replicate it though.

Figured it out - you've got to give 8 girls to (witch hunt) Aria to get the last scene.

I don't mind- truthfully, I don't know how. I don't have all the endings, either.

@BadEnd: go to the installation folder, you probably will find a folder called savedata, upload the entire folder or your last save data, datasc.ksd, datasu.ksd, krenvprf.kep, data0.kdt and upload to a share service (mega, GD, dropbox, etc), i think this will do. Here is mine, still missing Aria´s + 2 ending scenes
