How do you do the straight jacket chin lock

2k central four horsewomen i can put charlotte in sitting position by right stick down but i cant seem to do the move it only does the mat slam even if i long press grapple, any idea how?

What does the help screen say when you pause the game?

While the opponent is sitting down go behind and long press A to perform it. Although I have been doing it a normal grapple is always performed.
