So..no Universe mode in this game?

The universe mode in this game doesn't seem real. after every match, it simply restarts the week. No matter how many matches I complete, or how many times I simulate to the next week, I even went into the calendar and simulated an entire month, it just always resets to week 1 of may. not only that, it doesnt save or remember anything that i did. including all relationship changes from the entire month, gone, changed stats, gone, roster changes, gone. I can't even have my own created character added to the game because it always bumps him off the roster every week when it resets back to may 1st.

so, is there just no actual universe mode? Games been out for 2 years now and still the game doesnt work? I ended up having to download a 3rd party .dll file just to be able to play the game because it would crash everytime i spent 5 minutes in create a moveset.

How do I play this damn game?

It sounds like the issue is with saving. If I remember correctly, there's an issue where downloads from Community Creations can cause that.

No, havn't downloaded anything. I just finished a PPV, and the following night the game was reset back to exactly how everything was 7 weeks prior, which is the totality of what I had done. It literally erased all data from what i've played and set everything back to week 3, which is what I simulated everything up to when i loaded this universe.

it was doing fine, everything was working, then I finished a PPV and it reset everything. Some things saved like teams, but power rankings wiped my character completely out of the game, changed the champion, etc etc.

this has to be easily the worst wwe game i've ever played. it figures you know i was really excited for the return of mixed gender tag matches, literally the only reason i got the game, and then, bam, turns out the game doesnt even function.

I can actually pin point the exact moment it loses save data. When i go to edit matches for tonights show, everything works fine. Then, I select start show, and immediately all the matches are different. I just watched as my character was switched from mine, to seth rollins, and my manager was thrown into another match at random. Then, I noticed all these matches were from week 3, the first week I played.

So, for some reason, after I hit start show, it immediately reverts all data back to 0. But it doesnt happen every time. This is the weirdest bug i've ever seen and i'm not sure what to do about it, it seems more likely somethings faulty with the game but I verified files twice. At this point I think its just a feature tbh.
