WWE20 crashing in loading screen

i have this problem i got the game about 9 days ago and i cant even play it or get in the play menu i tried changing my date back to 2019 but that didnt work my game crashes in the loading screen bc when i open it,it goes into the loading screen and then freezes and then it closes someone plz help
