Is Hulk Hogan in the game?

I had bought the game(pre-ordered).When I was looking at the males ,Than i found out that Hulk Hogan is not in the game.Is it a bug or is it only availeble for console?

2K Bait-and-switch us showing off Hulk Hogan in all their pre-release marketing. I Pre-ordered the game and I later find out Hulk Hogan, Mankind and other wrestlers are behind a 2nd pay wall called the Deluxe Edition or Anniversary Pack. These greedy conning tactics from fat cat publishers have to stop. Gaming in 2019 is cancer with all monetization today squeezing even more money out of players. All this is cut content that should be part of the main game, but publishers are too fat greedy and amoral.

I fear for the future of WWE games where I see monetization will become very bad.
I send a warning to 2K, WWE games are already in the toilet, you cannot afford anymore bad rep. SAY NO TO ALL MONETIZATION. MAKE GAMES GREAT AGAIN!
