All AI reversals set to 0 but AI still reverse (Bug)

For some reason when I set all of the AI reversals to 0 in gameplay settings the computer still reverses way to much. It ruins matches because it makes them twice as long. Also I can't even do a table finisher because the AI will reverse and leave me at a disadvantage where I can't reverse them at all!!! Is there any fix to this annoying bug?

yeah the AI reversals are way too high and also they can chain moves together like no one's business when they want to.

there is a challenge where you have to play on fast speed that took forever because they could reverse everything but i couldn't reverse a single thing...painful

I was playing The Women’s Revolution and the goal was to pull a finisher on the opponent. I tried 3 times (and failed the match 3 times) before I got it as each time I pulled a finisher the AI reversed it. When they reversed it despite them being mostly on red, and me being healthy I couldn't kick out.

I even tried a few times in the same match before failing and each time it got reversed. As when reverse you loose the momentum for that finisher so I had to build it up again each time.

And a even after a signature move (each time) they still reversed my finisher several times in a row.

from what i can tell the AI reversals stat only works for exhibition matches and dose not work for myplayer/showcase or that is how it was in the older games

But even when you set the AI reversal settings to 0 it doesn't even work in exhibition matches at all. The AI just reverses too much. They even reverse chair shots and any hits from kendo sticks, sledgehammers, etc. It makes the game way to sluggish to get through and it is not fun at all. I'll try lowering my opponents reversal attributes and see if that works. If not I might just set player 2 as the keyboard so that they can't do anything at all! LOL! But I think that disables ranking of the match so I won't get any points for it, which really sucks.

Fair enough, I used a bad example while venting. I mostly do exhibition.

So did they fix this issue with the latest 1.06 patch? I don't have time to play WWE 2K20 because of college related things so I was wondering if anyone else has the endless reversal AI bug still.
