They are both Polynesian but they don't actually look identical.Their eyebrows, nose, chin and even face width are very different. They only share similar skin tone, hair color and muscle builds.

Roman Reigns real name Leati Joseph "Joe" Anoaʻi is of half-Samoan and half-Italian
Jason Momoa is Native Hawaiian ancestry, German, Irish, and Native American
Hawaii is 2600 miles from Samoa.
