Voice Dialogue Volume
I can barely hear the voices in this game (cutscenes and the like) even after maxing out the voice audio option. Any way to get it louder, I'm already on max volume through my headphone speakers.

I've been having the same trouble. I've turned down the SFX volume though to reduce the ridiculous amount of noise, I'm having a feeling that that has altered the dialogue volume in turn.

but if not heres a way to know if its ur computer or not
go to control panel and go to sound
if your speakers are working click them and click properties
then go to levels
then adjust it to your liking

It's the worst when Alex Mercer is talking and you can't hear ♥♥♥♥ and his dialogue doesn't have subtitles.. Then you miss out on what he says -__-

Try setting your speakers to 7.1. I have a 5.1 setup and doing this fixed the low audio volume for me. Because I don't have the side speakers it must push more audio to the front speakers. Or something. The sound seems to be pretty screwed in this game but fortunately for me this was my only issue.

Cheers.

I solved this issue by downloading from somewhere a Prototype normalizer audio or something like that ... is not miraculous but it gives a boost... be careful to make a backup of prototypef.exe and prototypeenginef.dll before applying the path
