If thats the problem, i got the answer for you!
Go to your Soundcard and look up your Format. The highest format you can use for Prototype is: 24bits, 44100 Hz.

Like i said in the question, i already set the sampling frequency.

I already know the page tjis discussion leads to [http://www.gamespot.com/prototype/forum/all-prototype-sound-issues-fixed-here-50201553/] . I have tryed that, and i have the sample rate info from there (i googled it). But the "Sound Patch" link is dead.
