I think Alex can use a texture upgrade more than anything else in the game tbh. Pretty much everything looks okay except Alex. His character quality is 4/10.
It's alright though because when Prototype was in development, they were primarily worrying about making the game run well on consoles rather than putting consoles on "medium" graphics and allowing PCs to change the setting. It still looks decent at max settings and runs absolutely perfectly on my machine so I have no problems with it.
But I wouldn't be averse to a texture upgrade to Alex. As long as they leave his Armor texture alone; it looks really cool and well done.
