Frame Rate fix (No HID disabling)
While some of you may do this anyway (It's definitely helped me before a couple times), I found a way to fix the frame rate issues some might be getting.

Upon installing the game, my frame rate was all over the shop at between 24 and 60 until it finally settled on 24. While standing still, I'd get 60 FPS, but moving around meant 24 FPS.

I deactivated V-sync in the game which resulted in reaching up to and beyond 200 FPS, though screen tearing is horrendous. It gave me the idea to activate in the Nvidia control panel, and disable in game and now, it runs beautifully at a constant 60 FPS.

I'm not sure if this does work with AMD, but it's worth a try anyway.

I do this for every single game. In-game vsync is usually an annoyance and is often broken or causes performance issues. It's truly sad that developers can screw up a setting that's so simple.
