It's worth $5, imo. The stutter is there and there's nothing to be done about it, but between the HID FPS fix and widescreen patch, it hold 60fps for the most part when it matters. Put 4 hours into it last night and I expect to put another 20+ in the coming days.
Prototype 1 demands more tinkering. So far, I have it running in 720@60 with NO STUTTER (no HID disable needed with DXWnd). YES! It can be done. I need to force up the resolution now. I'll let you know when I get it.
This is what I've been reading: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Prototype#Low_frame_rate
EDIT: It works. Use that page's resolution fix plus DXWnd = 4K@60. Done.
