Failure accessing storage device

Once the game has loaded I attempt to access my previous save (clicking continue). I'm met with the error highlighted in the title, I thought to attribute this to a corrupt save file or an inability to access the cloud, giving in and attempting to start a new game presents me with the same error message.

I'm looking for advice on what I should do, I've done a fair bit of digging and found nothing surrounding this error online. I have tried; verifying game cache, allowing access of the APP through my firewall, and removing any antivirus software (now reinstalled once more).
