Report a translation problem
Everything worked fine for me.
I use TES4Edit V4.0.3, but if there is a newer I am sure it should work in a similar way.
Regardless for which game and it always works.
Nehrim is no exception.
Without TES4Edit, my mods would be pretty dirty as I often add stuff which I realize is useless and can be removed again, which I always do with TES4Edit.
Sometimes it's just a unnecessary master for example, sometimes it's a dirty edit in the world space as I clicked onto something in CS, which then got added as a change into the mod, while I didn't really want it to be changed, but only check some values of the record.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to help you, as I am not able to reproduce your issue. :(
