Feature Request: Enable Infinite Timer in Multiplayer

The ability to set up multi-player games with the infinite timer setting as in single-player, or for players to agree to a pause of the timer in a multiplayer game would be greatly appreciated. Have really been enjoying the game with a friend so far but we often end up having to pass the turn back to each other when we play due to getting skipped by the time limit.

Hello,
We decided not to do it because it may block the multiplayer games. If one of the players leaves the PC, then the game will be stuck.
Please play with the highest limit of 3min.
As a solution, we may increase the maximum turn time to 4 or 5 minutes (in one of the next versions).
