Manual, Instructions, Information, ANYTHING?

Where can one find out information on how to play this game? I've got nearly 2000 hours into Motorsport Manager and love it, and this one looks so similar I'm wondering if the same people may have worked on it.... but the game play is radically different with no good directives on what each option does or affects and it's just so frustrating to purchase games these days where they expect the consumer to figure out how to play instead of providing decent direction. Back in the days of the horse and carriage there used to be things called "MANUALS" that came with every game you purchased. Should be mandated in order to sell any software, gaming or office use software.

Many screens have a "?" that provides some information. I agree there should be a tutorial screen to start with though. When starting a new game the first thing to do is start "Projects" to improve your parts. Once parts are researched then you can build them in "Development" once parts are built you can equip them in "Car Setup". The "Overview" screen shows your workers for all departments and gives you the option to use higher bonuses to increase productivity. The other aspect is sponsors/negotiations. You start with a mostly sponsored car but need to fill out the last few spots and then start negotiations for next years contracts (drivers, staff, engine).

Hi.
At the moment you can use "?" buttons at the top of some screens.
There is no manual or tutorial mode in the game.
In September-October, we are going to buy localizations in several languages, which will allow us to add description to each screen
