Contracts

Hi, I just hired all the characters from the pirate ship using contracts.
Do the contracts have any other use/spending way?
Otherwise I'll just ignore them from now on ^^

Contracts are needed for 3 things:
1. The mercenaries
2. To upgrade the hero rarity (Town -> Hall of Heroes -> last tab "Hero Rarity")
3. To upgrade the guardian rarity (Town -> Magic Quarter -> last tab "Guardian Rarity")
