Cloud Save Issues Troubleshooting Guide

Many of you may face some issues with the cloud save which may lead to lack of access to mechanisms that require access with our servers (chests, tavern, chat, etc.). Also wouldn't mind all the tickets I missed out over night, will barely make the train guardian twice by night for the 10 a day to get the weekly done in 5 days. Not faults on our end when this happens, 8/10 updates create cloud save issues.

traceroute says it's issue with the amazon services, coz after it resolved on arin.net dns it timeouts on every other route.

I just started playing this game for the firs time and every time I close the game it doesn't save and when I open it again it just resets to the beginning.
What should I do?

Cant log in. Allways "Verbindung fehlgeschlagen ..." I can chat view YT and play other games online, so there is internet. I have no cloudsave active.
