3, 8, 30, 65, 200, 325, 400, 550, 700, 800, 900, (and a new hero comming this week - think will be stage 1000, but i am not sure)
Heroes don't really have any "tiers" - they differ by their skills
What heroes you use depends on your personal taste (and of course on the equip enchantments you made)
also there is a really good guide:
Guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DsdIHHVfNkSaqw5r_QQPkMqjVtsUSHY3__bBydsUlQU/edit
my personal heroes are at current state (stage 700+)
1. Talia
2. Burt
3. Muriel
4. Luana (Healer)
5. Solaine (Leader and carry of the team)
Never heard of / seen a game like this without any tiers for their characters.
While it's probably the best to go with those that you have the better gear atm, I'm pretty sure it will matter which one you'll pick mid/end game (if there's such thing in this game)
Going for a "build" is utterly pointless. RNG will decide which heroes you use.
