could you check the prices at least?, it is expensive in my region

I have a 3080ti with 32gigs of ram running on a ryzen, why do I have a wierd frame rate stutter in this game? using a gsync moniter. when running on the screen from left to right, or right to left, it seems to "hiccup" just a tad. its annoying and headache inducing, any fixes for this?...

I just want to complain that somehow I have a punch stat that does 999 to the Yellow Turban goons on Hot-Blooded difficulty, but if I dare fight the Zhang Liang optional boss, I do 1 damage. Rival Showdown had this same issue and I really hope Arcsys changes paradigms for the next Kunio game...

Title. The game says it auto-saves after every screen transition, but after playing chapter 1 for about 40 minutes, I quit out, now come back and whenever I try go back to chapter 1 it puts me straight back into the tutorial again.
