Cannot access some bases with forcefields

I walked on 2x of the shields for the bases - and thought nothing of it - now I have basically completed everything else - and the last time I spoke to "unknown", I asked him to disable the "last" base's shield - I think the game thought the other 2 that I walked on had already been disabled and I literally have NO quests left in the game!! really frustrating after 20+ hours of play!

You will periodically get calls from Vernon which unlock these bases, usually within 20 minutes of each other. Make sure you have visited Mazuum's cabin in the south and defeated Jack at Prokriana, as failing to do so can be block those calls.
