I'm having the same problem that darkmikasonfire reported. I need the last half of the last dorimon, I have 9 out of 10 white helidium collected, but the last base still has a shield. There's just nothing else to do (except nom-nom, which I gave up on with the insane controls).

This is driving me nuts, but I haven't seen more than the one post about it.

I have a feeling that the spy guy is supposed to call me and unlock the last enemy base (like he did for the other shielded enemy bases), but he just won't do it. I just wander around doing not much in the game, for hours. What does it take to jar the game loose and let me finish the game?

Just walk a bit in the open World to get the com link for it to go down. It sometimes takes up to 20 min. Can you do some side activities?

He is supposed to call you within around 20 minutes of open world gameplay. If, as you say, it's been several hours and he still hasn't called you, please report it via the link in the following thread with your savegame attached (the savegame is vital for helping the developers narrow down what went wrong):

I found a workaround. I had healed 5 nom noms to complete the healing quest long ago and open up the races, but I found 2 more unhealed blimps hiding behind a butte. Once I healed them, spy guy called instantly.
