Where is Mazum?

About ten hours into the game and have looted a descent amount of the modules but I haven't been able to do anything with them. An NPC named Mazum is mentioned but I couldn't find his location on google. Can anyone kindly steer me in his direction?

Take a look at the coast all the way south of Emea.

Next to the "Sodot Shore" world Daoka.
Both are far South of Emea
