Lampè pistils

I'm playing on a PC.
The controls for gliding are really unclear (or maybe I'm inept)
I've been trying for an hour to collect the Lampé pistils but every time I nosedive to the ground. Is there any other key to press with the F key to balance the diving?

I'm about to quit the game because of these insane trials.

I don't think you need any upgrades for this one, but you should make sure you're using brake (right mouse button) occasionally when you get too fast. I thought it was pretty easy.

I think I'll finish the game - I can't manage all the sliding tasks with keyboard and mouse. It's just frustrating. :-(

Keyboard & Mouse or game controller? cause it's not great / intuitive with K&M (you can't even walk using the keyboard).

Im failing terribly with this lampe pistols garbage, and honestly this feels like out of a mobile game.

The only upgrade you need is the glide. Other than that, remember that you do not have to keep any buttons held while gliding, there's a button for braking, which you will probably need in one of the curves around the 5th or 6th pistol. And if necessary, you can invert air control Y axis in the in-game pause menu.

ive done this course twice now in the game since you need to gather more pistils later on and using the braking button is essential to completing it easily,just remember to do that and its pretty easy imo

Seconded on keeping the pistils collected - it's really aggravating (as are the temple time runs).
Was hoping mods would fix these issues but that doesn't seem to be a thing past the 3 (graphical) that are available.

I quit playing because of this part of the game, I cannot recommend.

Agreed, that was a pain in the butt quest. I had to use the controller with braking function. Took about 10-15 go's at it.

Although I am pretty baffled by people not being able to finish this - maybe head over to the guide section and try one of the savegames?

Use the break when doing this quest. I had it on almost all the way down. Don't start off jumping too high either, at the start.
And when you finally have managed to do it, you have to do it two times more... really??

This quest, and the quests with timers, are annoying, and takes the fun out of the game.
The "easy" mode, at least, should not have timers on the quests. I have tried to get codexes a couple of times, but given up, more or less

I offering to anyone not able to finish this quest to give me their savegames and I can quickly finish it for you.

Regarding the timer - isnt there more time onn easy mode? felt like I had 30-40 more seconds

you can fly slower with right mouse button. maybe that helps. The flying ability is amazingly good in this game. I love it
