Dolores V Timmy Problem

When Timmy wants to start an ant farm, Dolores is all against, and you must pick what side you are on. In the Ted V Mary Jane situation, you are able to choose neither and don't lose anything, which in the case SHOULD be in this situation or if it's not even a glitch, but whenever you decide neither on this, the game completely crashes :|
