The "Miracle" achievement is not broken. You have to spam the radio on Day 3 until you hear high-pitch gibberish, and then you spam the radio on Day 7 until you hear a song/message. Going through several translations, the message probably says "I'm looking for scrap metal" in Russian (The Soviets, since the game is set in the USSR times).

It was originally broken in the first game, which was given a fix by a man named Farrier. I’m assuming in the remake of this game, they fixed it and made it so it actually works without doing idiotic stuff, but I could be wrong.

TYSM!!! I found a guide that told me to click the radio 2x on day 3, then 4 times on day 7... Was starting to wonder if they just assumed everyone gets the same sound effects on the same clicks... but I got it after trying this. Thank you again!
